In your domestic territory, you contact your specialized dealer. He will arrange everything for you. He reports the claim to CarGarantie before repairs begin and settles directly with CarGarantie. This means for you, comfortable and uncomplicated support. And if your dealer is not on-site, you can call the hotline of CarGarantie. The repair can then be carried out in any authorised workshop of your brand - anywhere in Europe.

Please contact the dealership that originally sold you the contract. They can print off and give you a replacement copy of the documents.

The dealership that originally sold you the warranty will be happy to advise you on the possibilities of extending the warranty and the costs involved.

No, the warranty ends automatically on the agreed day of expiry.

Yes, you can. However, you may risk losing your warranty claim as you will be required to provide proof that non-performed or improperly performed maintenance work was not the cause of any damage that might occur at some point.
