Ziel der Vorsichtsmaßnahmen ist sowohl die Sicherung der Gesundheit der Mitarbeiter*innen, Kund*innen und Partner*innen von CarGarantie als auch die Gewährleistung der Geschäftsfähigkeit im Krisenfall. Deshalb wurden die Möglichkeiten für Remote-Arbeiten ausgebaut. Der Großteil der Mitarbeiter*innen arbeitet im Home Office. Dies gilt auch für den Außendienst, der die CarGarantie-Partner über die üblichen Nummern telefonisch betreut. Es sind daher keine großen Einschränkungen im Geschäftsbetrieb zu erwarten.
