How can I work in partnership with CarGarantie?
We welcome every new partner. Simply e-mail us your contact details to firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our sales representatives will respond immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot send you any written information in advance.
How can I order a new set of warranty conditions?
Simply send us a quick e-mail to email@example.com stating your dealer number or order them over the phone on +49 (0) 761 4548 260.
I have forgotten my login data for CGWEBline. Can you send them to me?
Please click on the “Forgot password” button. A new password will be generated immediately and forwarded to the e-mail address you have logged with us. For reasons of privacy and data protection, we are unfortunately not allowed to provide this information over the phone.
I would like to add new staff members on CGWEBline. How do I go about this?
Only your in-house supervisor is entitled to do this. The supervisor has been assigned the “Administration” button on CGWEBline. New staff members can be added and ineligible users can be removed by clicking on “Manage users”.
Our bank details have changed. Can I provide the new details over the phone?
No, we need to receive this information in writing by e-mail, fax or post
Can I sell warranties to customers not resident within the EU?
Yes, you can sell warranties to customers if they register a vehicle within the EU, Liechtenstein, in Switzerland or Norway.
