Be part of our team. A sponsor will accompany your training period personally according to the established planning from day one at CarGarantie.

Together with your supervisor you will establish substantial tasks and targets, e.g. on the occasion of extensive and reflective appraisal interviews or feedback on a regular basis.

Personal perspectives and individual possibilities of further development are also a firm component of our daily work. Therefore we offer several training measures, as e.g. IT-/language courses, technical-/sales trainings. The collaboration of projects and the work as project manager or team member opens up varied development opportunities.

Based on the international orientation, our headquarters in Freiburg employs a variety of nationalities. We set a high priority to close communication and exchange in between the departments as well as a respectful interaction. Several staff events enhance the team spirit. A long-lasting and confident working relationship is important to us.
